Refreshing peach-flavored horse tea
Time for a refreshing tea moment for your horse.
Ice Tea Peach is a summery horse tea with a gentle, fruity peach flavor. Ideal for warm days, after training, or simply as a refreshing treat in between.
Serve the tea lukewarm or let it cool thoroughly for a real iced tea experience for your horse. It is also delicious mixed into mash or poured over feed for extra flavor and summer vibes.
Because when we enjoy a refreshing iced tea, your horse naturally deserves its own horse-friendly version.
Ingredients:
- Peach, Raspberry Leaf, Tagetes, and Dandelion
Brewing the tea
Making this horse tea is simple:
- Place the tea (tea bag or loose herbs) in a bucket or large feed bowl.
- Pour at least 1 liter of hot water over it and let it steep for a while.
- Then add approximately 1 liter of cold water until it is lukewarm. Is your horse a little picky? If so, you can optionally add a small handful of mash.
Dosage
Maximum 1 dose per day.
For ponies weighing under 350 kg: 6 grams (± 2 measuring scoops) per tea serving.
For horses weighing over 350 kg: 12 grams (± 4 measuring scoops) per tea serving.
The tea biscuits can also be given as a treat, with a maximum of 1 to 2 per day.
Not suitable for horses younger than 12 months.
Your horse will enjoy the gentle, herbal flavor of this blend.
Some horses will need to get used to the taste. So it may take a while before they start drinking it. The first few times, you can also make a slightly weaker tea, allowing your horse to gradually get used to the taste.
Storage advice
Store the product in a cool (below 25°C), dry place in a well-sealed package. Preferably store it in a dark place to prevent light from breaking down nutrients. Do not use the product after the expiration date on the label.
