• oat flakes
• Wheat bran
• Flax seed
• Vegetable oil (soy or sunflower oil)
• Water

1. Końskie Lizaczki (classic lollipops):

• Cornmeal
• Wheat flour
• Sugar
• Toppings: colored sugar sprinkles, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut flakes, black cumin

2. Lizaczki Ziołowe (herbal lollipops):

• Cornmeal
• Wheat flour
• Sugar
• Toppings: sesame seeds, coconut flakes, black cumin, flax seeds, mint

3. Końskie Paluszki (sticks):

• Wheat flour
