The Excellent Horse Snuffle Mat was developed to challenge horses and ponies! This mat stimulates the natural foraging behavior (snuffling behavior) of horses, as they have to make an effort to eat all the treats from the mat. Ideal for combating boredom or for playfully rewarding horses. The mat is made of soft silicone, making it suitable for sensitive horse noses.

Use
Place the snuffle mat on a flat surface (e.g., in the stable, in the trailer, or in the paddock) and fill it with treats, such as mash, kibble, muesli, or pieces of fruit or vegetables. After use, the mat can be easily hung up (e.g., with a carabiner), thanks to the hole in the corner, so that the mat can be rinsed and air-dried.
