Give your horse soothing support with Healtea™ - Easy BreaTea. This carefully composed herbal blend contributes to comfort and supports the airways, especially during periods of extra stimuli.
Ingredients:
Marshmallow leaf, Narrow plantain, Thyme, Eucalyptus, and sage
Enjoy a calming tea moment together with your horse — a nice way to give your horse extra support when needed.
Tea may not be part of a horse’s natural diet, but it is a delicious and healthy treat. After exercise, in changing conditions, or just as an extra pampering moment. Many horses enjoy a bucket of herbal tea!
Brewing tea
Making this horse tea is simple:
- Put the tea (bag or loose herbs) in a bucket or large feeding bowl.
- Pour at least 1 liter of warm water over it and let it steep for a while.
- Then add about 1 liter of cold water until it is lukewarm. Is your horse a bit picky? You can optionally add a small handful of slobber.
Dosage
Maximum 1 dose per day.
For ponies under 350 kg: 6 grams (± 2 measuring scoops) per tea serving.
For horses over 350 kg: 12 grams (± 4 scoops) per tea serving.
Additionally, the tea biscuits can be given as a treat, with a maximum of 1 to 2 per day.
Not suitable for horses younger than 12 months.
Your horse will enjoy the soft, aromatic flavor of this blend.
Some horses will need to get used to the taste. So it may take a while before they start drinking. The first few times, a slightly weaker tea can be made so your horse can gradually get used to the taste.
